Part 2 of this three part series will focus on the provisions of the Right to Know law pertaining to meetings, so-called 鈥渘on-meetings鈥� under RSA 91-A:2,听non-public sessions under 91-A, and the statute鈥檚 provisions for remote participation. We will provide information regarding the procedural requirements and appropriate/permitted topics for each, and some suggested practices related to non-public minutes.听
