Running (or participating in) an effective and efficient public meeting requires planning, knowledge of the Right-to-Know Law and the Public Comment law, an appreciation for and understanding of the First Amendment, knowledge of simple rules of order, and a healthy dose of patience. This session will cover all those topics and more.
