DESCRIPTION:This webinar is intended to provide the basic nuts and bolts of 911³Ô¹Ï Hampshire’s collective bargaining process for public employers.  For many districts\, the costs of salaries and benefits for employees covered under collective bargaining agreements make up the greatest share of school district budgets. We will endeavor to will provide some basic recommendations and considerations to help school boards adequately prepare for their next round of collective bargaining relative to such things as: data compilation\, goal setting\, bargaining postures\, etc.
